How do I get started?
Purchase The 14-Night Reset on our pricing page. You'll receive a welcome text within minutes and we'll walk you through the intake process from there. No app download required.
What age babies does Lullaby Logic work with?
We work with infants and toddlers from about 3 months through 3 years. Our approach is age-calibrated — we never apply the same method to a 4-month-old as we would to an 18-month-old.
Is this a real person or AI?
Lullaby Logic is powered by AI — specifically, a large language model trained with deep sleep science knowledge. We're transparent about this. The guidance is personalized and data-driven, but it is not from a human sleep consultant.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Weekly and Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time by texting CANCEL to your coaching number or emailing hello@lullabylogic.com. You retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Is Lullaby Logic covered by FSA or HSA?
It may be. See our FSA/HSA page for details on how to submit a claim and what language to use with your plan administrator.
What if I have a medical concern about my baby?
Contact your pediatrician immediately. Lullaby Logic is not a medical service. If you text us something that sounds like a medical emergency — fever, difficulty breathing, unresponsiveness — we will stop all coaching and direct you to emergency services right away.
What is your refund policy?
