1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a Lullaby Logic plan and using our SMS coaching service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lullaby Logic LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company.

2. Description of Service

Lullaby Logic provides AI-powered infant and toddler sleep coaching delivered via SMS text messaging. The service includes:

• A personalized Sleep Blueprint PDF based on your intake information
• Daily proactive SMS coaching messages and schedule guidance
• Real-time schedule adjustments based on your logs
• Weekly progress scorecards
• Access to our coaching number for questions and guidance

3. Not a Medical Service

Lullaby Logic is an educational and coaching service only. We are not licensed medical professionals and our service does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The guidance we provide is based on publicly available sleep science research and general best practices.

You acknowledge that:

• You will consult your pediatrician for any medical concerns about your child
• You will follow AAP safe sleep guidelines at all times
• Sleep results vary and no specific outcomes are guaranteed
• Our service is a supplement to, not a replacement for, professional medical care

4. Safe Sleep

By using Lullaby Logic, you confirm that you will follow American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) safe sleep guidelines throughout your program, including placing your baby on their back on a firm, flat surface with no loose bedding, pillows, or soft objects in the sleep space.

5. Pricing and Payment

Lullaby Logic offers the following plans:

• The 14-Night Reset — $89 one-time payment for 14 nights of full access
• Weekly Support — $19 per week, available after completing the 14-Night Reset
• Monthly Maintenance — $49 per month, available after completing the 14-Night Reset

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. Subscription plans (Weekly and Monthly) auto-renew until cancelled.

6. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Lullaby Logic. If you are not happy with your experience, please contact us at hello@lullabylogic.com within 7 days of your purchase. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not guaranteed but we will work with you to find a fair resolution.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your Weekly or Monthly subscription at any time by texting CANCEL to our coaching number or by contacting us at hello@lullabylogic.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until that date.

8. SMS Consent and Messaging

By purchasing a plan, you consent to receive SMS messages from Lullaby Logic as described in our Privacy Policy. Message frequency varies — typically 5–10 messages per day during active coaching. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of proactive messages at any time by replying NO, or stop all messages by replying STOP.

9. FSA/HSA Eligibility

Lullaby Logic may be eligible for reimbursement through a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) under the category of "Sleep Health Coaching." We are not responsible for determining your eligibility — that determination is made by your FSA/HSA plan administrator. We recommend consulting your plan administrator before submitting a claim. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lullaby Logic LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific sleep outcomes for your child. Individual results vary based on many factors including your child's age, temperament, health, and consistency of implementation.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify active customers via SMS or email. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
